What Happens Next

Booking request received
Your booking has been submitted through Jobber, our scheduling system. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided within a few minutes.

We review and confirm
We review every booking before the day of service. If we have any questions about your vehicle, address, or service needs, we'll reach out by phone or text — usually within a few hours.

48-hour text reminder
You'll receive a text reminder the day before your appointment. Reply to confirm, reschedule, or reach us with any questions. No need to call ahead.

Day of service — we come to you
We arrive at your address with a fully self-contained mobile rig — water, power, and all products included. We'll do a quick walk-around with you before starting. No supervision required during the service.

Final walk-around + payment
We walk the finished vehicle with you before collecting payment. Card or cash accepted. If anything doesn't meet your standard, we'll address it on the spot.

Before/after photos delivered
Before and after photos are sent within 24 hours of service completion. A 7-day check-in text follows, and you'll receive a 30-day rebook reminder when your vehicle is due for its next service.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $75 fee. To reschedule, reply to your confirmation email
